i had some lymph nodes removed from my neck today…
it went well.
Glad to hear it, little nephew of mine. I think you should ask if you can keep the hat. It suits you.
PS - I’m not sure what a lymph node looks like, but it appears they may have taken them from your neck and placed them in your nose.
Love this pseudo-commercial that pops the shiz out of SC Johnson’s Scrubbing Bubbles.
It’ by the Method folks. You know, those cleaning products you’ve seen in Target and BB&B and your grocery store, etc. that you may have even purchased (we love the stuff).
Method supports the Household Product Labeling Acts which, when compared to the aforementioned Scrubbing Bubbles, would make them look more like the Bubbles of Doom when compared to Method’s more natural approach and ingredients.

Working with Still’s chef/owner Mike Farrell and his submission for the next season of “Top Chef.” Storyboarding the video application tomorrow and shooting next week!
It Ain’t Thanksgiving Nor’Easter
All in all, we fared pretty well, considering alot of our Olde Towne neighbors were trapped in their houses with anywhere from 4 - 10 feet of water around them!
We had a couple of close calls, though. This tree blew over directly across from us and the roof of the building on the left was shorn off (100+ year old tin was flying around like crazy, which we later learned could be sold for $.30 a pound. Thanks for that info, crazy-yet-entrepreneurial-homeless-guy-on-a-bike!)
I spent three hours pumping water out of the basement yesterday. That was definitely not good times.
Just finished the shoot for “What Not to Wear” at Still. Always amazes how much footage they shoot for what will amount to about 30 seconds of show…
Still (awesome restaurant with fantastic food and a drink menu longer than my, well, it’s long) will be hosting the taping of a segment of TLC’s “What Not to Wear” tomorrow (Saturday) at 3PM. Wanna come? If you’re a facebooker, just click on the link and RSVP. If you’re not a facebooker, just call the restaurant at 332-7222 so we can get an accurate idea of numbers.
Hope to see you there!
Dang. I made it through eight weeks of the survivor pool (pick a different team each week to win) by rolling the dice on teams like Oakland and Jacksonville so I could reserve the good teams for the end of the season. Thought I had it locked down this week with Green Bay over Tampa Bay. Ugh. Here’s hoping I make my money back during the playoff pool.
couple the Packers embarrassing loss to the Bucs today with the Jags win over the Chiefs, and that’s gonna do it for theGOOD’s First Annual Survivor Pool! Jay Goeller, aka JayDay, is your winner, folks!
now comes the tricky part… collecting. A few of yall have already paid up, but most of you need to throw in your $10!
PAY UP, BITCHES! I’M COMING FOR YOU!
anyone looking for a mortgage?
mom found this and sent it my way with the title, “Phil makes it big”
I hope this isn’t the pinnacle of my professional career
You think Jeff noticed the Zapfino in the masthead?
